4.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly for adults. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and any funds within it handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

4.3 Single Account Rule. Each eligible individual may hold only one registered Account. Opening duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of associated balances, subject to applicable law and operator policy.
4.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in a self-exclusion program, whether through ar888 or any third-party responsible gambling organization, are not eligible to open or maintain an Account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.

5.2 KYC Verification. ar888 is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ar888 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify ar888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.
5.4 ar888 reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to believe a user has provided false information or is a Prohibited User.
6.1 Deposits may be made using the payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice and vary based on jurisdiction, account status and payment-provider policies.

7.2 Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and provider restrictions. ar888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
7.3 Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Any Bonus Funds included in a withdrawal request that have not met wagering requirements will be removed prior to processing.
7.4 ar888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or where additional verification is required.
8.1 ar888 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, birthday rewards and referral incentives to eligible users. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time of offer and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, minimum odds restrictions and any other applicable conditions will be stated clearly in the offer terms. ar888 is not responsible for losses incurred in pursuit of bonus wagering requirements.

8.5 Users may not hold more than one active bonus of the same type simultaneously, unless explicitly permitted by the promotion's terms.

Sporting references are context only; ar888 has no official partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC, any national team or any sporting body.
9.3 Odds are subject to change before a Wager is accepted. Once a Wager is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds are fixed for that Wager.
9.4 ar888 reserves the right to void, suspend or cancel any Wager — including after settlement — where there is evidence of: a technical error in odds display; a clear pricing error; event cancellation or abandonment; suspicious betting patterns; or a breach of these Terms by the user.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar888 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from or connected with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of Account Balance arising from account suspension or closure in accordance with these Terms; technical errors, interruptions, delays or failures in the Platform's operation; or decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform.
13.2 ar888 does not guarantee that the Platform will operate free of errors, interruptions or security vulnerabilities at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ar888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that you accept all such risk when placing Wagers on the Platform. ar888 bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of platform use.
14.1 The collection, storage and processing of your personal data by ar888 is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.
14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC/AML verification, account management, transaction processing and platform improvement.

16.3 Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
